01 — The idea

Aging is the one deadline most people don't push back. We think you should.

A note from Tom

You have spent your whole life putting off things you don't want to do. Procrastinaging™ turns that habit into a practice. We apply it to the one process most of us accept without arguing.

A Procrastinager is a consultant whose job is to help you put aging off, slowly and stubbornly, with proven science on your side.

The work is part medical, part psychological, and part scheduling. We figure out what is changing for you. That can mean memory, energy, mood, or how your body uses food. Then we plan, in writing, how to slow it down. Some clients want a year. Some want a decade. Most just want the next chapter to feel like theirs.

If that sounds like you, or someone you advise, we should talk.

Tom West

Founder and Procrastinager · Procrastinaging.com

Tom West is a top investment advisor at SEIA (Signature Estate & Investment Advisors), with decades of experience helping families plan for what comes next. Procrastinaging began as a question Tom kept hearing from the most successful clients: now that we have the time, can we have the time?

That question turned into a method. The method turned into a practice. Today, Tom consults with individuals, families, and family offices on the diagnosis and treatment of aging-related conditions — and on the simpler, harder question of how to keep going on your own terms.

Tom writes the Procrastinaging Journal, leads the Procrastinaging workshops, and is the named consultant on every private engagement.
